Small Works & Maintenance Contracts
As its name suggests, Murray & Willis' Small Works division offers a tailor-made service for smaller jobs that are driven by maintenance or minor refurbishment needs. As such needs are both reactive and pro-active, the success of this division depends largely on its ability to react to urgent calls from clients.
The scope of this work is therefore broad, but will certainly include all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance, together with door and window replacement and the full range of painting and decorating services.
With clients in the retail, banking, commercial, leisure and public sectors and elsewhere, our Small Works division operates quickly, discreetly and efficiently. We co-ordinate and carry out a host of background activities and functions for our clients. This empowers them to keep running smoothly and efficiently – and, above all, to concentrate on their core business.
