Description of works:
Phase 1: Refurbishment of whole reception area, including closure of stairs down to leisure area and infill the floor. Overboard all ceilings to allow for new light fittings. Box out and square up all concrete beams and columns. New timber and carpet flooring, decorate throughout.
Phase 2:
Refurbishment of six bedrooms. Strip out and replace furniture, carpets, bathroom sanitary ware and floor and wall tiles. Fit new plaster bulkhead to encase air conditioning and new electrics.
Phase 3:
13 bedrooms
