The East Lodge Country House Hotel is a private hotel which caters for the more discerning individual looking for more than just a room for the night.

Murray and Willis have been actively involved in the total refurbishment of all the rooms. Due to the operational restraints, each phase was planned to suit the hotel, which in essence, meant refurbishing of 2 or 3 rooms/areas at a time, including reception and dining room. Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers was paramount to meet the program deadlines, while at the same time ensuring health and safety was not compromised.

The works involved structural alterations, new mechanical and electrical installations including new boilers, air conditioning and distribution boards.
Murray & Willis are the sole refurbishment contractor at East Lodge, due to their commitment and reliability in completing projects on time and in budget, even when working to the tightest deadlines. During the hotel's winter shutdown, Murray & Willis completed the entire refurbishment of the main reception area and 'The Wye' dining room, plus one of the bedrooms, from start to finish in only sixteen days.
