Murray & Willis have been undertaking HSBC bank refits and commercial centre refurbishments for in excess of fifteen years and 2011 is no exception.
The 2011 program includes branch refresh, staff relocations and new site acquisitions, including the new flagship store in the Westfield Shopping Centre Stratford, London, which is the gateway to London's Olympic Park & due for launch.
Working in close partnership with the client's architects, project managers & cost consultants, Murray & Willis have been awarded approximately fifty projects to be delivered in 2011.
The scope of the works varies dependent on value and site specific parameters, but generally consists of light refresh & re branding through to a complete store fit-out.
The elements of work can vary tremendously to provide a best fit solution to meet the standard design guide, but may include structural alterations, mechanical & electrical installation new fixtures and fittings, decoration and floor finishes, all tailored to suit the individual building constraints.
