In addition to the numerous retail projects we have undertaken over many years for this large multi-national ‘blue-chip’ client, we also refurbish and fit-out many commercial centres and office projects.

The HSBC commercial fit-out in Worcester, was a complex refurbishment of their area regional headquarters, comprising firstly a re-configuration of the existing, occupied and fully operational first floor into a multi-desk open plan commercial central office, and secondly a full fit-out of the empty second floor as a commercial/business centre to cover the Worcestershire area.

The second floor was fitted-out as a business banking centre with a conference room for thirty-two persons, complete with audio visual package; two meeting rooms with glazed fronts; one international meeting room with a video conference facility and glazed front; a business waiting area with ‘knowledge wall’ and a small kitchenette.

All floors and access staircases were decorated and carpeted throughout in addition to a full refurbishment of the customer lift.

As always, the project was completed on time, within budget and to the quality our client’s demand.
