Description of works:
This project involved refurbishment works to various studios, workshops and theatre's throughout the five storey building also relocating departments to temporary locations to accommodate refurbishments works.
The Campus remained operational throughout the project also having a "degree show" for the public during our works, hence the need for solid air tight hoardings and phasing to all areas of works.
Due to the students and general public having access to the University, health and safety was of paramount importance with extra procedures implemented to take this into account. As part of the contract we liaised with the University's Health and Safety Co-ordinator on a constant basis.
