Description of works:
This project was undertaken within a Grade I listed building & involved working very closely in a very proactive manner with the heritage planning officer to get the job done.
As a result of its Grad 1 listed nature we had also to work closely with A & Q Architects to chose special veneers in dark oak & walnut as some of the interview rooms were split into listed areas.
Despite the many challenges posed by this refurbishment Murray & Willis completed the project in the allotted seventeen week program, enabling the new Nottingham branch to open to customers on the due day.
