Description of works:
This project was undertaken within three phases & comprised a number of elements including complete refurbishment of the hotel reception & entrance foyer in a five week period using temporary reception desks to allow customers access & egress.
Within the overall phased program we refurbished a total of 19 bedrooms all with new bathrooms and new fitted furniture.
In phase three of the project we completely refurbished the leisure centre & changing rooms including new toilets, showers with glass cubicles whilst maintaining access to the facility by erecting temporary changing accommodation.
