Description of works:
Cottons Hotel & Spa is one of Shire's 4 star prestige hotels which is situated in lovely countryside just outside Knutsford in Cheshire. It caters for both public and business requirements. The hotel has one hundred & nine bedrooms an additional twelve syndicate rooms, meeting rooms & function rooms, as well as spa, swimming pool and beauty therapy rooms.
Murray and Willis have completed many projects at this hotel over the last five years and have recently converted three existing bedrooms into two luxury syndicate/disabled access bedrooms.
This involved major structural works to form the new layout to meet the clients exacting standards and included bespoke fitted furniture to the bedroom areas, including decorations and fully tiled walk in shower to bathrooms, with mobile vanity units. This element of the project took only five weeks in total.
