Murray & Willis have a long established tradition of undertaking hotel refurbishment projects and when asked to tender this multi-million pound project in central London we were very keen to do so.
Due to our competitiveness we fortunately were successful and then embarked on a twelve month phased five million pound refurbishment of this Thistle hotel.
The key element of this project was the fact that the hotel remained fully operational with hundreds of guests whilst we completed the public areas, we then embarked on the bedrooms floor by floor until the successful completion.
It is testament to our successful project delivery that the client has since passed our details on to other major hotel operators.
