Description of works:
This project was undertaken within a Grade l listed building and involved working very closely in a proactive manner with the heritage planning officer to get the job done.
As a result of its Grade l listed nature we also had to work closely with A & Q Architects to chose special veneers in dark oak & walnut as some of the interview rooms were split into listed areas.
Despite the many challenges posed by this refurbishment Murray & Willis completed the project in the allotted seventeen week program, enabling the new Nottingham branch to open to customers on the due date.
