In addition to the larger more complex projects we carry out for Priory Group Healthcare, we have also undertaken various light refurbishment projects including projects in Leicester, Malvern, Chester, Derby and Stoke on Trent.
These projects included a varied scope but generally range in value from 50k up to 100k and included decoration, flooring and alterations to mechanical & electrical services.
Most of the projects for Craegmoor involve working in often complex occupied premises in varied environments, therefore we need to ensure the program of our works are meticulously phased to ensure limited disruption to the service users.
