Staffordshire County Council under a framework agreement are spending £60 million over three years and have appointed Murray & Willis and other contractors to act as maintenance contractors throughout their large portfolio of buildings throughout the County.

These contracts could vary in size tremendously and will involve reactive maintenance on items such as door replacements, window repairs and quick response to break-ins at council properties to larger more complex projects.
